STEP ONE: KNOW YOUR MOVE-IN DAY!
- ALL Guard & Percussion move in on SATURDAY, August 26th, 8am to 12pm (LUNCH ON YOUR OWN)
- ALL Brass & Woodwinds move in on SUNDAY, August 27th, 8am to 12pm (LUNCH ON YOUR OWN)
STEP TWO: ONLINE SIGN UP
- You will need to sign up for a time on the UWW Housing webpage. Please use this link www.uww.edu/housing#forincomingstudents scroll down and click on the HOUSING PORTAL to submit your information. You will need your UWW Net ID and Password (you should have these from your SOAR event).
- You will choose the drop and go date that is ON the day you're scheduled to arrive per the band camp schedule.
- NOTE: This portal will not go live until late July. Please login after that it goes live to set up your drop and go date.
- Once you complete this, you should be all set. If there are issues, please contact UWW Housing directly at 262-472-HALL (4255) or via email at housing@uww.edu
STEP THREE: SET UP UWW ACCOUNTS
- Please be sure to check your UWW (campus) email often, as Dr. Hayes will be sending updates and information to you.
- Additional information will be sent by Dr. Hayes in MID JULY.
- Also be sure to ACTIVATE your CANVAS account (on line class room), as information, music, and drill will be disseminated on CANVAS.
STEP FOUR: WHEN YOU ARRIVE
- On your move-in day, you will be moving into the room that was assigned to you by university housing. You’ll appreciate getting settled on campus early!
