Dr. Glenn C. Hayes, Director
Dr. Hayes is the Director of Bands at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
His responsibilities include conducting the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Chamber Winds, the Warhawk Marching Band, Marching Band
Techniques, Instrumental Conducting, and several Music Education courses. Dr. Hayes is a frequent guest conductor and
heavily involved with CBDNA, MENC, and WSMA.
Mr. Mike Marcantano, Color Guard Instructor
Michael "Mikey" Marcantano
comes from Sarasota Florida and has over 12 years in the winterguard activity, having taught guards at all levels both locally
and nationally. He marched in the Madison Scouts and spent three seasons at the Alliance of Miami World.
Michael is currently working with Collage Winterguard in Ohio and Texas Independent Winterguard as a designer and choreographer
and is returning to Paradigm
Winterguard as the Lead Technician. He is also a WSMA Judge for Colorguard and General Effect. Professionally, Michael has been working as a Manager in Fine Dinning Private Clubs for 9 years.
He is currently the Front of House Manager at the University Club of Milwaukee. He is responsible for ensuring that
his staff of 25 are all working as a well oiled machine for service of 10- 300 people. Mike's future aspirations is
to go to school to become a professional sytlist and bring that creative passion he has for colorguard to his professional
life. For

Mr. Tobie Wilkinson, Associate Director
 Mr. Wilkinson is the Associate Director of the Warhawk
Marching Band and is the Percussion Instructor/Arranger for the ensemble. In addition to his duties with the Warhawk
Marching Band, Mr. Wilkinson teaches Applied Percussion, Percussion Techniques, Percussion Literature and Pedagogy,
and directs the UWW Percussion Ensemble. Mr. Wilkinson is active as a performer in various ensembles throughout Wisconsin.
He also serves as an adjudicator for MACBDA and WMSA marching competitions. He is a member of the Percussive Arts
Society (PAS), MENC, and the American Federation of Musicians. Mr. Wilkinson is also the current Vice President/President
Elect of the Wisconsin Chapter of PAS.
